1. Connect Your Accounts

TowerCut integrates directly with your social platforms. Navigate to the Settings page and click "Connect" for each platform you wish to manage.

* Ensure you grant all requested permissions. For Facebook/Instagram, you must be an admin of the Page.

2. Data Synchronization

Once connected, TowerCut begins listening immediately.

  • Facebook & Instagram: New comments arrive in real-time via Webhooks.
  • TikTok: Comments are synced every 15 minutes due to API polling limits.

3. Explore the Dashboard

Head over to the Comments tab to see your unified inbox populate.
